Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the most well known cannabinoid produced by the cannabis plant, and is the only psychoactive cannabinoid. Of the 85+ non-psychoactive cannabinoids, Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most widely known. A cannabinoid acts on cannabinoid receptors in cells that alter neurotransmitter release in the brain.

Establishing a good reputation is difficult, therefore, we work hard at pleasing our customers by providing them quality products at fair prices, fast shipping and a good customer service. If we disappoint customers, then the word will get around quickly and we’ll be out of business, of course we do not want that and look forward to built a good relationship.

We have created several customer safety measures:

Dosing/Administration

Products are available in a variety of forms that can be consumed in number of fashions:

Oils, Concentrates, Tinctures and vaporising liquids
- Vaporising
  - Effects felt immediately
  - Absorption efficiency around 10-25%*
- Sublingually/Orally by placing the oil under your tongue.
  - To take a tincture sublingually, drop the desired dosage under your tongue and hold it for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. This method will produce quicker and stronger effects because the oil is absorbed into the bloodstream through the inner linings of the mouth.
  - It will take longer to feel the effects, steady lasting effects.
  - Absorption efficiency around 10-35%*
  - Alternatively, you can also swallow the tincture directly on its own like you would any liquid food-supplement.
- It can also be lubricated on the skin. Little to no “high.” Easy application and long-lasting effects.
- Rectally administrated by suppositories.
  - Absorption efficiency around 50-70%*
  - Effects felt fast.
  - Suppositories are ideal for chemotherapy patients, elderly and people who have sensitive stomachs that are irritated by ingesting.
- Mixing with food/drinks.
  - This can be done by adding a few drops of a tincture to a beverage such as soda or juice. The oil may be added to a variety of foods such as puddings, ice creams, dressings and sauces.

- Long-lasting effects
- Microdosing (explained further in the next question)
Capsules
- Long-lasting effects. Easy on the lungs. Discrete. No taste or smell. Quick and easy to consume.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I get the oil out of the syringe/bottle it comes in?” el_id=”1490997224419-1c53c80e-ef08″]Unscrew the endcap on top of the syringe. This can be difficult the first time because the oil is thick and sticky. Run some hot tap water over the end of the syringe for about 15 seconds and the cap should unscrew easily.

Do the same for a glass 10ml bottle, but leave the lid on. Do not put the a glass bottle in a microwave with the lid on,

If the oil starts to get out of the syringe fast, then quickly pull back on the syringe plunger to stop it.

To dispense the oil, carefully and very slowly push on the syringe plunger. Be careful not to push too hard because the oil may come out quickly.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much oil does one take (per day)?” el_id=”1473865836509-baaa8100-59c2″]A (daily) dosage depends a lot from person to person (body weight, age, health condition, etc..) and thus we recommend everyone to start with a very small amount of 0.02 ml. Gradually you increase the dosage until the desired result is obtained (e.g. pain reduction). Reduction in dose can also be taken to the previous amount should any undesired results occur. Your body eventually builds up tolerance, but it can take several weeks to get well used to this oil.

The cannabinoid testing kit contains two plates. On each plate you have the possibility to test the potency of 4 (different) samples. Each plate can only be used once. So you can only test 1-4 samples at the same moment.

The oil can best be stored away from heat and light and kept cold to preserve freshness and potency.

All products are shipped fresh, they have a shelf life of at least one year when refrigerated. It can be frozen to extend shelf life up to two years or longer.

We continually evaluate the long-term stability of our products, and preliminary data shows that if stored properly, there is no observed degradation any hemp product up to 1 year.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I use your extract oils for my pet (dog/cat)?” el_id=”1491001166546-68dbe0b3-3de0″]You might like to try our low concentrated CBD-oil. It is a great introduction to the healthy qualities found in our products at an affordable price.

The best is to start the dosage very low and slowly increase it, in order to see how your pet reacts.

The administration for dogs and other pets is somehow derived from the dosology for humans. The dosology for animals is based on the weight, with a maximum intake of 0.03ml/kg a day (25-50mg of CBD, 5-10 drops of the 5% CBD bottle).

If too much hemp extract oil is given to a dog, then temporary drowsiness may occur. Additionally, too much oil, not hemp extract, can cause dogs to have an upset stomach and potential diarrhea.

The research conducted was based on a very large dosage of 45 mg – 180 mg of CBD. Following this research would mean a maximum drops of 18-72 drops with our 5% CBD-bottle.

We make sure that we add 10ml of CBD/Hemp oil inside a bottle, but it can appear less. This is because we use different coloured 10ml glass bottles and some are larger than others and can actually fit almost 12ml of fluid. Therefore it can appear that your 10ml bottle is not completely full.

Shipment

The shipment experience is quite good and the average delivery time is 3-5 working days (tracking included, free shipment above orders of €199).[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long before I get my package?” el_id=”1473865843770-60a75ad3-ceda”]We take speed of delivery very seriously.
You will normally receive a tracking code within 24-48 hours after your payment (+2-4 days, if you made your payment by bank transfer option). The delivery of your order takes usually 3 to 5 working days.
However some things may further delay your shipment which are out of our control.

Bank transfer

The funds will be available in our bank approximately 2-4 days after transfer is made from our customer side. As soon as we receive the funds we will ship your product.

You can also send us a copy of your transaction making the process time shorter.

Some countries in the EU have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp based products. We hope that soon all the world will learn about hemp solutions, meanwhile we offer the return of you payment or a second parcel should your parcel be confiscated.

The UK and Norway,can even take about 2-3 weeks additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points.

To Greece it takes about 10 days for product to arrive.

Sending it directly back to us is not possible, we will send a package label to your email that you can print out, place on the same package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
