You can choose between a standard shipping method and the UPS delivery (UPS is often faster but more expensive).

Our housebrand CBD products are shipped from the Netherlands. Other CBD products are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom with Royal Mail, Yodel or DHL (Express deliveries are not possible).

We have a dedicated postage and packaging department, who are committed to getting the items sent out to you as quickly and as securely as possible.

We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible. Therefore, we would ask you to add 1 extra processing day onto the listed delivery durations.


We highly advise you to check the destination country’s law relating to importing e-cigarette products, such as import taxes, duties and compliance, before placing orders.

Some products may require special licenses or permits and customs clearance fees and we won’t be responsible these requirements and additional import costs.

Please note that you will be responsible for All Taxes and Customs related costs in the destination country.

In case of doubt to which products the customs clearance fees apply, please contact us.

Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing:  After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent using PostNL as a registered package that needs a signature upon delivery. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in the Netherlands. Typical shipping times may vary from 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or back-orders. If a back-order takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the back-order and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. My order is not correct, what to do?

If you made a mistake or want to cancel your order, then please contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, when your order has been processed, we cannot change or cancel it anymore.
